It took me 2 separate visits to resolve a sudden problem with my car. The first visit was mid-morning two days before Chinese New Year. When I turned up, Ah Tong and his colleagues immediately checked my car even though they were already working on other cars. A diagnosis was made but unfortunately, the spare parts needed were not available at their regular stockists. I was advised to cautiously drive home & not use my car thereafter. Despite having spent a fair bit of time on my case, there was no charge. If I didn’t return but go elsewhere, their time spent that morning would have yielded nothing. My second & final visit was on the day the workshop reopened after its festive break. I provided the required spare parts having successfully sourced them from a local stockist found online (yay, we got lucky!) So finally, the spark plug misfiring & ignition coil replacement were efficiently & quickly settled by Bentley - what a cool name 😎 (see photo of the dude!) The labour fee was higher than at our usual workshop, according to my husband. But I considered it money well spent for a professional solution by experienced hands at a service station just 4km from home. More importantly, the staff was responsive, responsible, friendly and helpful, and that assured me I was in good hands when I arrived at Shell AutoServ Tampines that fateful morning. superb service by the technician and sales assistant. We were confuse with our car making funny noises and unstable idling. They rectify the issue right away and proceed to fix it without due hesitation. I was impress by their service. They deserve a pay raise!
